General Information

1. What types of tours do you offer?

    Wildlife safaris, Gorilla tours, cultural experiences, Honeymoon vacations, and wildebeest migration experiences.

2. How can I book a tour?

   To book your safari, simply reach out through our website, email, or phone. Your booking will be confirmed upon receipt of your deposit. To confirm a booking, you are required to pay 60% of the total
   price per person which we use to reserve Gorilla, Chimpanzee
   permits and Hotels. Then the remaining balance of 40% is to be
   paid upon arrival.

3. What are your payment options?

   • The booking fees can be paid with credit cards, or PayPal, and then the balance can be paid in cash.

4. What is included in the tour price?

   • Services like transportation, meals, entrance fees, etc.

5. Are there any age restrictions for your tours?

   All children under the age of 15 are not permitted to participate in Gorilla and chimpanzee trekking.

6. What should I bring on the tour?

   Clothing

   • Lightweight, breathable clothing: Neutral colors like khaki, olive, or brown to blend in.
   • Long-sleeved shirts and long pants: To protect against sun and insects.
   • Hat: A wide-brimmed hat for sun protection.
   • Comfortable walking shoes: Sturdy and broken-in footwear.
   • Sandals or flip-flops: For relaxing at the lodge.
   • Light jacket or fleece: For cooler evenings.

   Gear

   • Binoculars: For wildlife viewing.
   • Camera: With extra batteries and memory cards.
   • Daypack: For carrying essentials during outings.
   • Sunglasses: With UV protection.
   • Water bottle: To stay hydrated.

   Health & Safety

   • Insect repellent: To ward off mosquitoes.
   • Sunscreen: High SPF recommended.
   • First aid kit: Include any personal medications.
   • Travel insurance: Important for emergencies.

   Documents

   • Passport: Ensure it’s valid for at least six months.
   • Visas: Check if required for your destinations.
   • Itinerary and reservation confirmations: Keep copies handy.

7. Can I change my tour date after booking?

   Requests for changes can be made, but additional fees may apply for requests made 1 month prior to the booked dates. We will work to accommodate any rebooking requests.
